These have been with me a very long time and I love them, but the back near the heel is scuffed up. I took them to the shoe shop and they said they cannot do anything, booo hooo
I have searched and searched for this exact pair and I cannot find them any where, if anyone knows where I can find them please let me know

Becca maybe you could do a worldwide scavenger hunt. With the internet you probably have members all over the world. The first person to find replacement boots gets a free custom video using the new boots.
